How is my Bill made up?

So the price list is a la carte. This means that we simply take all the service you would need, (For Example: Foils: ½, Foil Toner, Defy Damage and a Long Cut & Style) then we add up the prices for these services and that gives us the Final Price. The only exceptions are the Balayage services which has your Lightener, Toner and Root Colour, if needed, included in that price.

Can I just book a colour appointment on the day?

Yes and No. If your are an existing client who has had a colour appointment within the last 3 months you are more than welcome to enquire about available colour appoints. However if you are a new client unfortunately this will not be possible as both a prior consultation and skin test must be carried out before your first colour appointment, no exceptions. If you have been before but it was over 3 months ago, unfortunately we will need to re-skin test before carrying out a colour service.

Do I really need a consultation before my first colour?

Oh yes! A consultation is really important for both of us as it gives us an opportunity to make sure we are both on the same page about your hair goals; allows me to see your hair in person so I can be as accurate as possible when talking results, as well as talk pricing and booking fees, sorting out your skin test and just overall making sure we vibe together and you are going to comfortable in my chair.

Are you just a colourist?

Absolutely not! Although colour is my specialty i put a lot of effort to be as well-rounded as possible and have developed a background in Precision Hair Cutting and Editorial Styling as well as your classic Event Styling. So no matter what you need, I got you covered.

Salons make me anxious, how can you help?

Being freelance means that I am able to have my own private studio within the salon. This means that we can simply close the rest of the salon out if the hustle and bustle isn’t for you. I always do my best to make you all as informed as possible by talking you through every step of the process. We can adjust the music if you like and we even have some mindful colouring-in on hand at all times. If that doesn’t quite hit the spot though you can always make me aware of anything that you may need and feel free to bring your own tools like books, fidgets etc, or even ask for a Silent Appointment. This means that outside of the initial consultation there will no small talk or chit chat.

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?

If you need to cancel an appointment you can do so up to 24hrs before with no charges etc. If you cancel within 24hrs of your appointment by contacting me directly, the appointment will be advertised immediately and if the appointment is filled there will be no charges. However if the appointment cannot be filled on short notice a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged. Not attending your appointment with no communication with myself will result in a 100% no show fee. All fees must be settled before future appointments will be made. However, I’m not a monster and i understand that life happens. just give me a call and we will get it all sorted.
